For domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and verification
To protect our customers, World of Niché is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. However, you can schedule a pick up at a UPS location or reschedule a delivery date via UPS My Choice.
We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
World of Niché offers DHL Express. Please note, you will be paying for shipping only at checkout. Taxes and Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer are responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties at the time of delivery. These are not calculated by World of Niché and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a UPS Claim.
For your convenience, World of Niché offers our customers the option to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for online orders, and 14 days from the time of purchase in-store. Once a return is processed, the customer will receive store credit towards their next purchase. The packaging must be intact and the product must be unworn. Any footwear returned must be returned with the original box. World of Niché will not accept any worn or damaged products. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
